Old Kill Story

Well, I'm bored.. so I thought I'd write about a kill that happened a while back.

My vehicle: 2005 Kawasaki ZX6R Sportbike

1st Victim: 1998 Dodge Viper

I was out riding with 2 other friends, when we decided to stop at wendeys and grab something to eat. We noticed a White with Blue stripes Viper in the parking lot.

So we looked around to see if we can "Identify" the owner, sure enough... we saw a super cool guy with spiked up bleach blonde hair, and a black leather jacket... who was looking at are table filled with helmets.

The guy walks out toward his car, and we shortly after followed... we were parked a few spaces away.

We get on the bikes and follow the viper out of the parking lot, make a left at a stop sign and pull up to a traffic light.

The light is a turn lane, turning left on the highway... So were waiting for it to turn green and I notice the guy in the viper is shaking his head...

I started laughing, and just waited for the green.

So, the light turns green and we both take off normal... go around the turn and as so as we hit the straight... HIT IT...

I was still in 1st gear, my front wheel came up... but not allot, so I didn't let off.. He was right next to me until I clicked it up into 2nd; I just pulled like it was standing still.

Needless to say, I was around 120 and he was far back there... but that's not the best part... Up ahead in the U-turn lane, sure enough was ... THE POLICE! :th_shakinghead1:

It was basically just me and the viper on the road, so I'm SURE he saw the whole thing... from start to finish.

I passed the cop around 100mph and I looked in the mirror, and saw the Red & Blue's... I decided to nail it and GTFO of there, I split across 4 lanes and noticed the viper took an early exit and bailed into a parking lot.

The cop "Attempted" To try and catch me.

I went around a right hand turn sliding the back wheel out (Thought I was f'ed) but the bike stayed up... and I took off as fast as I can down the road, took some side streets, and hung out for a bit.

So I wait about 15 minutes... thinking the cop was gone... I proceed back out to the same road I just got off of... (Since there was no other exit) and turn right back down to the highway.

Well, the cop was sitting on the median in the middle of the road waiting for me... (Lights off)

I pass him and BAM! Lights and siren, thankfully... there was a bit of traffic and all were stopped for a red light... I split through the middle and took off down the highway at 130mph +

I managed to take a road that lead to a long backstretch to my house and parked the bike...

Nothing ever happened after, got away... and raped a viper.

Not to discard the danger that was involved, but I tell you... It sure as HELL was FUN! Nothing like running for your life to max out your adrenaline!

This all happened about 2 years ago.

Running from the cops is easier on a bike. Good Kill.
It's funny even viper guys are somewhat delusional about their cars. Unless you have a 10 sec car there isn't a point to racing any modern sport bike.
I knew a guy in a similar situation but he dropped his bike after he swung the back out.
By the time he picked it up the cop tackled him and had his gun to his head.

This talk about killing Vipers is kiling me. That's the one car that I've wanted to race since I started modding my GP and I STILL haven't ran across one at the track or otherwise that is willing to go. :( Good kill but man, ride safe. Maiming yourself in a bike accident isn't worth the $300 you'd pay for the ticket.

Viper's aren't THAT quick...a '95 with exhaust was running low 13's and high 12's at the track...not too impressive IMO. As for the bike...I ran toe to toe with a Yamaha R6 with no exhaust until about 90...then started to pull away. And it was no fluke I'll give you that, I know the guy and we ran 5 times. Don't go from a highway roll though :th_laugh-lol2:

The penalty in Florida is Jail + License removal, and bike would have been impounded.

Yeah, that sucks! I don't "race" my bike anymore, there's really no need to prove anything.

thats what im sayin. some people suck at tellin kill stories. good kill by the way. my cousin tried racin a street bike(what year or model i have no idea) with his CAMARO Z28!!!!!!! its like wtf! why dude? and his was an LT1 car.

Depends on the model but regardless when I started modding my car my initial goal was "I want to be faster than a Dodge Viper." Now, I know that I am faster than some of them but still...I want to race one just because I feel like the project isn't finished until I do. Does that make any sense? :)
