these are the numbers on each side of my connecting rods what the hell do they represent theyre all diffrent???????????? and how in the hell am i going to find the correct one? :confused: 2 digit number is on the left side of the rod and the larger number is on the right side but on the right side where it ISNT 2 digits its split up with a wierd symobol of some sort?? like for instand the rod that broke it says 39 on one side then on the other it says 2 "then a wierd symobol then following after the symobol is 52 THIS IS SO PUZZLING any help guys is greatly apprecaited thank you
 


WTF......you got me? although I have no experience with the internal motors on these so I have no idea.........where the hell is blue or bio when you need them?
 
They're manufacturing numbers for the pistons...basically batch numbers etc.

One thing to note though, when you install them...make damn sure that you put the numbers toward the FRONT of the engine! One one side they will be right side up, on the other side they will be upside down...but they are off center and sit kinda to one side when you look at them from the top. That's how you determine what the front of the piston is.
 
maybe you could make like one or two threads and ask all your questions instead of making 50.

You can't get new L67 rods through GM anymore, they superceeded the numbers to the L32 rods. If you can, find a used one or maybe O'Reilly's can get you an L67. Just make sure that they are the forged style, and not the powdered metal one. You can tell this by looking at the big end. On the L32 rods, you won't be able to see the seam, the L67 are cut and machined. Stick with the L67 and you shouldn't have any problems.

no i hear zzps pcms suck im staying stock til i get money then calling intense or overkill hahaha bio yeah he baught my old mufflers. i must say bio has not the prettiest ride but damn its sweet inside and handling wise!
