I hate to be/sound lazy. But I tried reading this to find my answer and got lost, and confused. Simply put my question is.....

Where can I find a good kit that gives me low beam HIDs and High Beam HIDs?

Lastly, how is Bi Xenon different from Xenon?
What is 9007-2, or 9007-3?

Try these guys:
custom HID conversions, HID kits, LED, CCFL specialists - retrosolutions

9007-2 has a halogen highbeam built into the lowbeam HID bulb. The halogen bulb will be useless compared to the output of the HID:

9007-3 has the bulb either tilt or retract a little into the base of the bulb using a solenoid. This ensures that the position of the lightsource of the HID bulb matches that of the filament of the OEM halogen bulb. I've heard that these bulbs are either REALLY good or REALLY bad depending on the manufacturer.

Yes. Relay harness ftw, unless you're cool with replacing bulbs and/or ballasts after a few months.

4300K is as close to halogen in color as you can typically get for aftermarket and it has the MOST light output. 6000K is slightly blue with a little less light output than a 4300K. Essentially: most light=4300K, nice light blue color=6000K.

I have a 55W HID kit in my fogs. They're 4300 K and they kick ass. I'll eventually post some pics. Got 'em from retro-solutions.com and am not disappointed. Best kit I've ever had.
these kits don't come with a wiring harness,do i still need one..i plan to get 9007 for just my lows and disable the highs and drl...
