• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

lusting for Alero

my Legend is worth about $1,800 and the GP only blue books for $1,400... i woundnt even come close... :(

Sell them outright at above bluebook. you might be able to get a bit more for them that way since both look to be in pretty good condition from your sig pic

ya id take an alero w/ a swap. i was an oldsmobile and pontiac guy. i was really sad to see oldsmobile go :((

wish they would have produced the concept. would have sold better ithink.

I'd drive the concept and maybe this one.

That belongs to a member on GPONA, it don't think he'll mind if i post his ride. Besides it's always better to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission. :)

I have a 2000 Grand Am SE.... I like your legend... i'd like to get a manual

i love my Legend, its a wonderful car. i have not had any problems with it, outside of the fuel pump being out when i got it.. for free! ^.^

Oldsmobile and Pontiac are really the ONLY GM vehicles i like. and only certain ones.. the new ZR1 is the exception to that though! my aunt was particularly sad to see Oldsmobile go. for the last 25 years she has bought a new car every couple of years, and they have always been Oldsmobiles.. till '04, then she bought a Toyota Camry, didnt like it, totaled it, bought a Trailblazer, despised that thing, rolled it, and now she has a Fusion... she really likes it though..

olds cutlass and old cutlass 442 and olds 88's are the only REAL olds out there =]

sure, if you are talking about the older ones.. but the 88+ Cutlass Supreme was just a GP :P and btw.. the Alero was the replacement for the Cutlass Supreme.

and if you really want to go there, once a car becomes part of GM, especially in the last 30 years or so, its not really its own car anymore.. there is not a single car GM puts out today, that i think is its own car and not available as some other brand somewhere else.. hell most of the US cars today are imported form Opel Vauxhal or Holden...

ladies please! we dont need a cat fight up in here... LOL kidding, kidding..

on a side note, or really more back on topic.. ive found another Legend i might get. its $1,700 '92 Sedan. dark blue with charcoal leather, heated front seats, memory drivers seat, burlwood console, 6disc in the trunk, integrated phone, factory remote start/alarm/keyless entry, moonroof, tint, cruise, a/c, pretty much everything you would ever need/want. and just fyi, for those who dont know, the G2 Type I Legends have a SOHC 3.2 90º V6 with VIS (variable intake length system) that has 200 HP and 210 TQ, all in a longitudinally mounted engine, with transmission behind the engine, and a differential under the engine to drive the front wheels.
