Rerouted the back wires and sanded it to a nice shine. Damn what the difference a new air filter makes

So if there was no interruptions or distractions could been done in 1 1/2 hours but was extended to three. The bottom left (passenger side)bolt in the exhaust manifold was already snapped i took it all apart and realized i never undid it upon further inspection the bolt was covered in grim meaning it's been this way for a while and the gasket was completely split in two pieces wanted to reuse it but didn't feel comfortable to do so. So used my new one everything is running good now car still feels the same but i think my red line how far it revs has gone higher our could be my imagination but with both the new air filter and the exhaust it feels a little different more snappy

watch out, A mod here and a mod there slowly over the years ended up me having pretty much everything you can do to a n/a 3800(check my sig) over a 5 year period lol

Next time mask the pistons and seals off on the calipers. Rubber and paint don't get along so well.

Just remove the intake manifold and polish it.

All those gaskets can be re-used.

Clean the TB too, and polish it if you want.

I was going to do rockers before hv3 but zzp was out and I want to do more research on them first thinking about adding some type boost down the road

Or you could of easily taken out your speaker box then you would of had more room, hopefully you don't screw on the paint on your bumper now
