Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

so after months of searching and hours of reading "he said she said" about tires...i decided to be a "guinea" pig of sorts and try my luck with the hot, much discussed, up coming Triangle tire co. after being on multiple web sites, ive read mostly good things about the tire.no one complained of any defects or anything else about them.wear is not good, but my tires usually dry rot before the tread is half gone anyway. I know,i know....its not an american tire..neither is the computer im using..or chair im siting in more than likely... ive had the $165 bfg and generals...last set i had were Riken raptors..they were chinese, or indonesian? but for $85 a piece i cant resist!

I'd rock the **** outta cheap ass china tires if I had a car that would abuse them like no other.

Wouldnt use them in a winter climate but anything else sure.

HA! remember when Falken came out? used to get them for a mustang for $55 a piece!! man did they smoke!! that wasnt regular smoke..that was Chinese smoke!! ahhh the good ol days...

discount tire has $80 GT Radial Champiro 228, my car has $50 rears from them also..... trumps ur 85$

no..not a DD..,like i say..the tires usually dry rot from sitting before they wear out. prob only run 3-5k a year on it.honestly i would prob be better off selling the car,but i like it,its a fun car! the last set i had on my T-bird sc[ which was a great car as well] were super chinese! lasted around 30k miles and had zero trouble with them. like i say,im gonna be the "official Chinese tire tester" haha...hope not crash test dummy!

they arrived..and they are black and round! same ply and load rating as my older pirellis??? mounted nice and balanced well too, more updates to come...1st thing im gonna do is burn them off to see what kind of toxic chinese smoke they produce!

I've run cheap Chinese tires on just about everything I've owned. I refuse to spend a gazillion dollars on tires when I know I'm going to destroy them. The last "American" set of tires I bought was for my 98 Rodeo which ended up with a 3" lift...Cooper SST...and I sold that vehicle after about only a month of ownership. The Mulletcar has cheap Chinese tires on the rear because I get no traction no matter what the tire...and at $100+ per tire for cheapies, I'm not dropping more to destroy name brand tires.
