Anyone know where I can buy a stock LS4 VLOM to re-work? I want to keep my stock one unmolested. Also why does the ls4 VLOM work with the ls6 intake manifold? Just curious.

The truck vlom and ls4 vlom are the same. G8 works just the same. All interchangeable. Don't over think this man.

So, wait.

The VLOM you sold me is good to go?

I don't have to block off the 30* angled piece...because like stated the unclear thread...I thought that was the part I still had to block even though I'm tossing DoD.

If not, do I just toss the thing in and go, then?

Alright. The vlom I sold u is bolt on ready. The oil pressure sending unit hole is ready and already modified at the appropriate angle. DoD will not work with that one as the wiring is already cut and smoothed down lol.

U need to have dod turned off in your tune before that vlom gets installed or else the motor will go in retard mode

It's been shut off since I got it tuned last year.

Tuner is coming back after trans install to get everything situated with that and then we'll take it out to see how it does with the intake manifold swap.

Do you have a welder? I'll pay you to modify it if you're willing, so I don't have to **** with getting it done in the weld shop at work.
