Replaced flex plate after doing the 7/8s swap last weekend.... Nosie is gone flex was demolished cracked in 4 spots now it still shifts weird..... More to follow.......

flex isnt as bad as the stupid side cover........ damn transmission maybe ill have to rebuild mine.

Lol I got me a low mile pappy cruiser. 11k miles this year and only driving on weekends isn't bad haha

Solving problems
Started my valve cover gasket and aluminum coolant elbow install. For a second there, I though I got both elbows out in one piece. Just for a second though...

Took out a sh!tty radio, put in a double din...didn't like it, went with an older, but still good radio until I get a nice new one.

finally got my new rack, it went in about a hours time, zero fight given, i even got the steering shaft back on all by myself, no helper to wiggle the steering wheel. i feel oh so lucky on that one.
the lines started to fight a bit, so i re aligned myself used my left hand and bam, line threaded in. im right handed lol
had to do a red neck alignment for now, wheel is straight but its not perfect, but damn close.
car feels so much better now, its tight to the road and dont drift or pull to any given side when floored any more.

Took it to the state police, got it signed off. He didn't even remember the exhaust, and I sure as hell didn't leave it running as he looked at the car, so I guess I dodged a bullet there.
From there I went strait to the dealership to see what was making noise with the suspension and why my abs/traction/stability system is lighting up. Turns out I need a new ball joint on the left front along with front bearings on both sides, and a speed sensor is disconnected.
Proceeded by taking it home, and i'm currently working on painting the faded grilles a nice gloss black. But I'm not sure what I want to do with the inside pieces of the side inserts, whether to make them silver/chrome, red, or just black.
