Hey guys lately ive been fighting with my car to get it back up and running. I did a full rebuild to the engine and ever since i put it back it has been giving me this code p0102. I replaced my mass air flow sensor which was $220 and hoped that was it but nope it wasn't were else should i look?

check the fuse box for a blown fuse, 24 or something like that. also bad wires to the maf can cause the low Circuit code

thos wires bake in the heat of the crossover pipe, insulation can fall off or have cracks. <<<this will cause a code.

mine were shot to hell stock. wires had dry wire 2 inches from the main harness. both my maf and ait sensors pig tails were toast.

check the o2 sensor wires and the maf wires.

or if you have a open cone filter and the pcm laying on the frame, look for a rubbed wire to the pcm.

Ok i will when i first changed it it was fine and i went for a drive for the first time since ive had it in the garage so that was like over a year ago and it ran like hell hit about 55 on 1st gear then 100 on second and now everytime i turn the key on it blows the fuse. This is the last thing i need to figure out so i can finally bring it out agian! Im so excited ha. Ive checked the maf wires they are fine idk about the o2 ones.

Ok then i hate these ones haha just because sometimes it takes for ever to find it but at least i know what it is. Before i was all over the place trying other things but now i now what it is

Found it!! So some idiot before me did this!

It was hitting the headers

nice lol.

you want to cut them apart, strip the wires back on both sides till you get clean shinny copper, then solder and shrink tube them back together.

Yup doing it in a bit. Man my car has been sitting the last 3 month because of this crap. I did everything you could possibly think of until i joined this forum and you guys help me track it down to this. Thanks to everyone that helped.
