Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

2 resistors 15 ohms each or 7.5 ohms as shown in parallel. About 5 volts to the pump with key on. Actual pressure switch (not vacuum) changes at about 1/4 psi. I can blow in tube and get it to change states.

With vacuum pump runs slow with power through resistors.
With boost pressure switch closes and bypasses resistors and pump gets 14 volts
Theory is to keep the radiator and supply line cold as possible but have the fluid moving slowly.

Looking at insulation CAI, need a black insulated pizza bag.

Why not just wrap your manifolds and / or crossover

The inline CAI works great but it's aluminum and conduct heat really fast. Just looking for a little air insulation. Want to keep the temperature within 15 degrees of outside temperature.

Wrapping exhaust manifolds isn't recommended, can cause cracks in the welds.

No cracks man, I've been wrapped for years no cracks. Others would say the same.

Very nice job there. Need a nice SSEi for myself now after seeing that. My Grand Prix is too beat up to spend too much on, but if I change my mind, your kit is a deal at almost any price.

Looking for smaller pulleys (2.8 and 2.9).

Running a 3.0 now with no KR, I think I can take it to 2.8 with only front Plog and rear ported exhaust manifold. Rest of the exhaust is stock.

Not even running a U-Bend Delete or DP?! If so, that's impressive...
