Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Hybrid Phenolic Intercooler Aluminum/Phenolic w/ VW radiator install

I almost wish I had waited and installed a radiator like the VW one you are using. it looks pretty big so I wonder how difficult the install will be.

I got a sensor for the sensor hole. Believe it is M22 x 1.5. Couldn't find a plug so ordered the sensor for $16.21 from amazon.

Beck Arnley 201-1266 Thermo Fan Switch
Sold by: Amazon.com LLC

Been busy with my kids school activities. Don't think I will get it done this weekend.

you gonna mount a fan on the vw radiator? or just plugging the hole?

the rad set up always seemed better to me. larger surface area to cool. and it wont hit the parking stops from being so low. and a fan can be mounted if thats even worth doing.

Just looking to plug the hole in the radiator. Auto parts store could only find a m20 plug. Pretty sure the fans switch is none adjustable 200 deg f.

you think its worth mounting a fan at all? it can always be hard wired to a on off switch.

when that other guy did the rad style install how to, the first thing i thought of was a fan on it.

I doing a 2 speed intercooler pump setup. Run the pump powet through a resistor so that flow is slow and water stays a long time in the FMHE. I have vacuum switch that closes when there is a lack of vacuum which will bypassing the resistor giving the pump full power (14 volts)

I want the coolant flowing so that the line is cold right before the intercooler but I don't want my intercooler loop heating up.

When you get into boost your radiator and supply hose are cold.

Looks Good, so when are we tuning this one?

Not sure....... Busy with school activities, both kids are in B.E.S.T. Robotics and we have 3 weeks left till the competition. I'll be going after school everyday this

Can you do a base tune on a PCM without the car? I have an extra 03 stock PCM. Might switch to 42# injectors and N*.
