TVS swap?



Well mines my dd and it's only one station in the area. Hmmm. Seems like an easy power boost and just have to swap injectors when wanting to go back to 93

Or have a spare PCM with a tune for 93 and swap the pcm and pulley is prolly easier than swapping injectors and pulley.
 




I was wondering, if the ratio is off slightly between the increase in fuel needed with e85, and the increase with the injectors, wont the car run lean/rich? or in that range would the o2 sensor be able to compensate?
 
TVS comes stock on a 5.8 gt500 and they can be had for under 1500, why people havnt tried to use one baffles me.

I do agree if someone was dead set on doing a blower build it would be S3/S4 heads, S3/S4 cam TVS take off from a new 5.8 trinity engine in the gt500s.
I don't know the size of that blower though. And even on that type mega build I would still not intercool it, Im just not a fan of a IC on a SC build.

That would be a monster blower build if planned out properly and of course feed it E85!

Now if that would be doable for less than the cost of a turbo build would be up for debate, however Im certain it would be badass!!

At the end of the day no matter what route taken COST is always a factor.
 


tell ya what, no PD blower is too big...a 2300cc whipple on a mild VS build with a 4" pulley was a damn monster compared to the m90 (~1500cc)
id guess a 1900 would be quite the ticket.

problem is your stuck with only a couple of the m112/122 or tvs cases with TB ducting that works for us...the adaptor plate on top of the IC/LIM, TB, etc etc.
it ends up being far more profitable HP per $ wise to go turbo...not to mention controlling boost to limit traction issues...
