Can a fuel pump from a GTP work on a GT?

Yep . Pump hums, relay clicks . Haven't checked any fuses . It wouldnt even hum if there was a bad fuse in there right ?

I wouldn't think so,are the hoses or lines back right,I think they can't be crossed cause all 3 diffent

Not sure . One hose looked slightly smaller so I put the smaller hose on the smaller little arm thing (idk what the technical term is), should I switch them ?

I looked at mine again its impossible to,was it the new style or did it plug right in?

It was the newer one I believe because it had a big lock ring . Not like the snap ring in mine . I took the actual pump out and put it in my assembly

When I bought mine new I had to cut one off and splice a new pig tail on

Yea the "new" pump had a different connector, I cut the wires and made it so I could plug it in with the old harness.

I have not . I don't have a duel pressure gauge. Is there other ways to check pressure ?

Autoparts stores should rent out the gauge, can try to prime the pump 2 or 3 times before you try to start it and see if that makes any difference. If you said it sounds like it wants to start but isn't I'm thinking low fuel pressure because you were just recently messing with the pump. Giving it some gas not change anything?
