Trying to clean up the ssei tips. Is there good looking dual tips that work on a Bonneville? 2.0" inlet and I want them to stick out another 2.0" inches.
 


those tips look exactly like tips from a sunfire GT 2.4L with dual exhaust, im not sure if the year matters but my old one was a 99' and they were the exact same

cant wait to hear that intake, looks like it should be a muffler of sorts, but will have to wait and see i guess.

Radiator is only 23" wide and Finns per inch is to small.
Need more research on brand (better fins per inch) of vw radiator and how to get one 25" wide. Here is one from zzp 5 or more years ago.

The intake sounds good. Actually really good! It's between a stock air box and a open cone.

I hated just the open cone hot air intake, the sound was horrible.
 
I found good info on VW radiators.

I ordered an advance auto brand with low fins per inch count. I also orders without AC.

I have a Spectra Premium CU98 on order.
 


I'm going to use tee fitting and clear 3/4" hose. Yes to bosch pump.

Will the radiator come with the sensor hole plugged?

It will likely have a shipping cap on the port, iirc you should be able to get a rubber hose type dinkis cover to delete that port, and a hose clamp.
