i'm super glad i went with the good set of headers this time around. the quality on them is bar none the best out of any headers i've seen first hand.


last night ray picked up my tail lights, third brake light, and took the front emblem from me. he's going to tint everything. front emblem will just get the crest tinted. if it doesn't look good i'll just buy a new emblem and be done with it. if it looks good i'll have to buy a new one and have him to the same thing to that one.

whoo, progress.

terrible picture, but the tail lights, third brake light, and reverse lights are now smoked.

yup! everything is just lightly tinted.

i am very sick of seeing completely blacked out tails. it looks awful.

Looks and performs bad lol. Might as well grab the blacked out covers. I might wanna try some vht over winter

i ordered the two crests (for the grill and the third brake light) and the small V badge to add to the grill.

i should have the grills back in mid this week, gotta pop the bumper off to get them back in correctly. no more riding around ghetto.

Is that a stock rear bumper? I haven't really paid that close attention to one, but it looks out of place.

it's the stock rear bumper.

the normal CTS has a different bumper, which are obviously way more prevalent in the world.

I don't think any cts-v are around here. A couple sts-v though. I would have went a little darker in the tinted lights, but it looks good. Headers on yet........

they're a LOT darker than stock, but i still wanted them to be red. the same amount of tint is on all of the lights, so the reverse lights are the only ones that really show how much darker they are.

Black chrome badges, or the like?

Ummm...I think filling in those two lines on that bumper if you ever repaint it would be legit. Smooth it all out.

the badges going back on are going to be stock, just not all faded because someone parked this car outside a lot.

because they aren't ceramic coated yet.

oh, and have a kid and figure out where your time goes.
