What spark plug and wires should i use??

Lol modded. Car is basically stock.

Try some stock temp cheapo coppers and see how they burn. If they burn fine, buy some AC Delco 41-101s and enjoy the fuel economy.

When I changed mine I went with autolite double platinum plugs and ac delco wires.

Not to hate on you, but give em serveral thousand more miles and they will soon foul out. Waste spark ignition system eat platinum plugs alive.

I run plain AL copper 103's and 104's. I also change them every other oil change to be sure that I have no spark plug issues. As far as wires go I have Taylor Spiro-pros from summit. They are 8mm with very durable boots that will not pull off of the cables or rip with frequent plug changes and the cable insulation is very durable also as I have accidentally had them laying directly on the headers for weeks at a time when my wire routing gets disturbed after service. They run around $50
