Bro, a 2.6 pulley will BURY a stock maf, screen or not... stock injectors at even 15psi more base pressure is not going to even get you a 38# injector.

"30% more power" is not happening just because a turbo is putting air in your motor.
There is clearly something you don't know about these injectors and the dutie cycle reported. I'm not sure I feel like sharing, it won't change your mind obviously you are dead set on your opinion.

I'm not sure what you read into my post and how you understood it. But the turbocharger did put 30% more power to the ground at the same boost level on my set up.
That is because I am not intercooled.

Non intercooled boost is less dense and much hotter. 16 psi non intercooler does not provide the density of 16 psi intercooled.
The turbocharger via the massive intercooler in front is 75-80% more efficient than any core you can sandwich between a supercharger and an intake.

This is why 16 psi of turbocharger power feels so much more than 16 psi Supercharged non intercooled. PLus the fact we have tons of parasitic loss in the M90 !
 


Boost is completely pointless measurement. In your case boost is how much you are floating the valves... its pointless when you have a precisely calibrated maf sensor on there. Intercooled or not the maf will tell you how much air you are putting I to the motor. Combine that with afr and how much fuel you are putting in and you can calculate power with extremely high accuracy.

I'm not floating the valves. I'm not revving it very high either, it pulls so well at lower RPM no need to rev it past 5800rpm.
As for calculating power, I don't really care... I mean, my goal is to have some fun, make the car fast, no matter how much power I'm making.
Right now I know it's fast for what it is. Mostly stock car with a turbo kit on it. Very happy with it.
But in my opinion and I've built many cars and machines, I know how to calculate HP from weight and acceleration. This ain't no 300HP.
It's more like 450HP and since the car has been lightened, it runs like a raped ape for only 16 psi !

I will try to hit the dragstrip this weekend. We'll see how she does.
 
Its probably around 300whp. Maybe like 320 or so... which is more than any m90 setup out there really.

You are floating the living **** out of the valves. 100% chance.
 


Not a chance in hell unless you are maxing out the maf sensor by 300hrz
I think you really a little too much on the sensors that are not very accurate and can be easily fooled by air intake flow changes.
I have tuned MAF cars for a long time, including many DSMs (Eagle talon) with small and big turbos at low to very high boost.

My Blue 07 GTP reads a 58 lbs per min on my 2.8 pulley but makes a lot less power than my Turbo GTP at 48 lbs per min.
Not even close.
 
Lol bro ive built more custom mafs than youve tuned.... they are nearly perfectly acccurate in terms of hrz vs airflow in any car.
 


Ive done extensive testing of ipw I can tell you exactly when the ipw going up doesnt make more fuel go I to the motor... its accurate.
 


According to my 1/8 mile E.T and MPH I will be running high 11s @ 120 mph.
How much HP does it take for a 3300 lbs GTP (weight with driver) to do this according to you guys ?

we were at 99mph at the 1/8th

that was 18psi, 608/575 out of one of the most massaged and tweaked 3800 cars out here... maxed 90's on e85.

the reason your feeling so much more power is the turbo is sized for tq and the lack of mechanical parasitic losses from spinning the blower (a 54mm on a local bone stock bonnie blows gtp away at only 5psi)
