I don't need to think. I know. The GPS meter has never been off. It measures GPS speed 20 times a second. Highly accurate.
WE know the 1/8 is good, is the 1/4 going to be good, that's another story I have not done a full pass, on the street, it's not the wisest thing to do.
You guys are making me worry about 3rd gear now, hope it holds up, doesn't slip or flare.

Well then get it to the track and prove it. Right now all anyone is hearing is you're estimating XXX power based on a 1/8th mile reading that seems inflated and no one has seen and expecting it to somehow be faster than it possibly ever could be based on the parts on the vehicle. If you do it, congrats and show slips. If not, don't be surprised when you get flamed saying we told you so.
 
Trans problems make me think the 1/4 mile isn't going to be pretty......
But hey it smokes the fvck out of some tires right?
 


So if weather holds up we are going Saturday at the track.
If it runs 11s (it will be on video) on stock injectors, stock modified MAF, stock engine, stock trans.
Do I break any kind of record ?

According to more than a few members, the numbers I claim (1/8 mile) are impossible on stock injectors and stock MAF.

No. I have done a few checks, the trans gets power, the solenoid is grounded.
No 1st gear. Has to be a defective solenoid or at the trans plug something is wrong. We did mess around with the plug, which is the only thing we did before this problem..

However the E.T. and MPH I have done were impressive and I start in 2nd gear. The trans does not seem to slip and I can smoke the slicks at will.
Maybe it will work out in my favor. We'll see once the tire hook to VHT. It could be either very good or very bad !
 


Well better start believing 11.6 11.7 steady 120-121mph and with a ****ty 60foot car can do 11.3 11.4 with a decent launch ran 11s all day 1st pass too

Wheres the slips? No ones believing your "estimates or whatever gadgets" you use. Not believing 11s on stock injectors with pump gas. Esp in a car that not retarded lightweight and gutted.
 
Im at the dragstrip videos slips coming. Whooped a gt500 witha whipple and mt slicks bad four times in a row. This is a slow track too. Other tracks are .2 are lower e.t

The car can easily do 11.3 with a good lauch on a good track

No thank them it gave motivation i love haters.
