Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

2000 Turbo Regal

Did you have to grind that CS144 at all? I had to grind mine a bit to fit in there.

Yeah I ground down the case pretty good and I also had to grind the manifold back a bit.
Was a huge PITA... but she holds a steady ~14.5v even under WOT with my walbro 485 drawing 20+amps.

Yea, these things are beasts. I read somewhere that they put something like 80-110 amps at idle, and actually max out at ~160.

I need it too... with all the gauges, tuner, HID's, big fuel pump, etc, etc, etc... it was so bad with the other alt. My headlights would dim when the fuel pump started working.

The H.I.D's should use less power, or possibly the same. Do you have them on relays or anything? 20 amps is a LOT for a fuel pump, lol, I'm sure you have a rewire on it, what AWG is the wire?

10 gauge... the Walbro 485 is a glutton for juice.

I'm running it at ~75-80psi and 14.5v
Should flow roughly 360lph at 14.5v and 75-80psi fuel pressure.

That should take me to ~650whp on e85.

Jessie-I see a cool air intake, a NOS fogger system and a T4 turbo dominic, It has direct port nitrous, an AIC controller-
Dom-Yeah and a stand alone fuel management system. Not a bad way to spend 10 thousand dollars.

bahahahah! this is EXACTALLY what i thought when i read Snowflakes post

Have a date to run on the dyno Saturday the 14th.
Any guesses?

17psi through the exhaust
e85
16* timing
SAE corrected on a dynojet

because when you have an efficient way of introducing boost you run more boost instead of timing. it's literally how every turbo car is tuned.

Yeah bio pretty much nailed it.
My turbo is efficient on this setup to like 23psi.
Could probably run more and be fine too.

I know it's cliche to say this, but it's not a generous dyno.
This isn't some mustang dyno where you can make whatever the operator feels like that day.

My headers/tune 6spd GTO made 360whp on this dyno.
