That guy posts on SVTP from time to time about his boss. I want to say it has Kooks headers/xpipe and Bassani catback...could be wrong though. Snowflake on here is the owner of the turbo regal and he is friends with the owner of the boss, bet you could get more accurate info from him.

As much as I despise 5th gens, a 6.2 Camaro will fark you in the azz then sh!t on your mom's porch. This is a ridiculous thread, but typical for 'round here.
 


As ive said before id race a stock 30k dollar 5.0 or SS any day with mine that cost 1/5th that price tag anyday....
Not all of us can rock a 30k plus car and afford to live on a single income with a family of 4. And still have room to by parts and go out and do things when we want to.
Truth be told them guys can have fun just doing the regular maint on them cars. Please TEK explain to me what a set of tires cost again? What 19s? No thanks!!

Oh I completely agree. The only reason I have this car us because my wife got some insurance money and wanted to give me a nice car and she hated my GP. I never thought in my whole life I would ever have anything like this.

I understand money situations as well. What I don't get is people talking crap about nice cars just BC their 15 year old fully car is just as fast as a stock 40k car.

I loved my GP wish I could keep both. But I would much rather have any of the new muscle cars over my GP if I am given the choice
 
Agree entirely last line sums it up..... If given the choice wouldnt we all? Its still apples to oranges in my opinion anyways but then again i could afford a hell of a lot nicer or newer cars but then let me get back to the point of maint..... Sure i could make the payments on a new mustang or camaro but then what rely on tax season to buy tires or squeek by for the remainder of each month because a large chunk goes to payment or even full coverage insurance...
 
Yup given the option I would take one but I wouldn't go buy one at this time. I enjoy having extra money to go toward other things and couldn't justify the payments and not having much left after insurance and the car payments.
 
I mean yes every one would take a new car.. for me though since my GP has been paid off years ago.. why not keep it lol.. one day I will purchase a new car but I will still keep the GP and continue to use it as a toy ;-)
 
Before my car was modded at all completly stock a guy had just bought a 13' SS we raced from a 30 and 65 roll and he DESTROYED me from both and i cant imagine a different outcome now

I'll still take a GTR > maro any day of the week. Really track times has very little effect on the typical everyday driver.
