2010 Camaro SS?? meh

At least when our rattle traps break we don't have to work the corner for repair money.

I hate fifth gen's just as much as anything else, but it's worlds better than any WBody out there, lol.

having owned a 2.8 pulley cammed e85 gp and now in the seat of a boss 302, i can safely say this car is way way way way faster, it obliterates my GP in any and all ways known to man.

you guys keep throwing out how heavy these new muscle cars are including the new 5.0, the 5.0 is not nearly as heavy as the "new" muscle cars. curb weight of my boss 302 is 3483lbs. from where i come from thats lighter than a GP.

All about the price of admission imo anything can be fast its just a matter or whats the end price cost?

Btw you do realize your boss is quite a bit lighter than the average 5.0 of the same year..............

And this thread wasn't about new 5.0s or any car besides a Camaro SS.. I'm sure your boss could take the SS as well but that's beside the point.. All I was saying was that it was very surprising that his 6.2L v8, 35k car was so Un - performing and lacking then what I thought it was going to do and my 3.8L v6 maybe 10k(price of car and mods) could perform just as well or even slightly better .

Edit for price adjustment lol

not sure, mine sounds just about like that. my exhaust is stock with the restrictor plates removed from my quad pipes.

you can get that sound from a off road h/x pipe and a gt500 axle-back
