Loosen up crossover and down pipe and wg perch then adjust and retighten. I assume you have a Z3 kit by the looks of it.
It's just one. The rust colored part is the exhaust side and the shiny part is the air intake side.
What you have is the Z3 kit which has an open waste gate dump tube to atmosphere. I would only mess with the perch that is attached to the rear exhaust manifold which connects to the waste gate and then to the dump tube. With those three connection points you should be able to have enough play to make proper adjustments.
IF you do want to try and adjust lossen the one that's closest to the top...you'll be able to move that pipe towards font/back (bumper to bumper).
Did that. The pipe won't move enough to clear the exhaust union.

This piece (it's the piece that the wastegate is sitting on top of) is going to be the one where you ill be able to make the most adjustments with. From the top of the motor it's about impossible to get to it with the WG right in the way. You should be able to get to the 2 bolts from the bottom. Loosen both bolts and push the pipe to one side and tighten back down.
