Does the turbo wastegate pipe need to route under the car?

Would have been just as easy to heat it up with a torch and give it a smack with a ball peen hammer to clearance that one little area.
 


Yea, I need to get a torch. But, my son just told me the rattle is almost non-existent. I know it's still barely touching the bolt head. I'll take care of that this afternoon.
