Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged

Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged - FX-R Quad Retrofit Started

TL would be better not are huge! Fxr are better then the tsx from what I understand. The fxr 3.0 are a big improvement from the originally 1.0 version.

Do the Lexus LS430 projectors....and murder some squirrels in the woods with bright light.

Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged - FX-R Quad Retrofit Started

That's also a even better idea if your wanting to spend $300+ just on projector lol remember Dave we still drive Grand Prix for gods sake we're cheap!

Yeah I cut my frame with no problem, I just notched it out about an inch back, you don't need alot. I would also like to see you keep the reflector for the projector mount...I always thought I might be able to do that.

Awesome thankx, thats what I needed to hear instead of buying connectors n all that. N like redcompg said, if you ran shroudless it could be done but everything hits the lens.

Ya that just looks like a computer power supply... hows it working out? Ya i had the OG gatling shrouds first and damn they are big!! I would have to have cut the shroud or the reflector bowl to fit them... so just got the mini GG shrouds. It sucks most of the regular shrouds are so big

Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged - FX-R Quad Retrofit Started

Did a little more today, would have aimed n mounted them but all my cutting wheel discs broke and I needed another 1/4 inch cut off for the ballast back not to hit, pretty annoyed! I kept trying to bend n fold it for 30 mins n no luck. I took the car to these factories by my house n parked n measured n all the good stuff to make them legit. So since I had to move, I'm done for the day and I'll get to it another now.
i did read up on some other stuff on hid planet n did this..

it's pretty sweet, it's like a demon but no lights, and it will look like that way w.o the lights even on.

I got one aimed so far

Hot damn! I like that painting idea...I may have to do that some day with my headlights

Oh nice hood prop! Did your hood not come with the peg so you can add the hood strut?
