Pelican cases I just got this one used for cheap and their water proof and using all the foam provided supposed to keep anything inside from breaking. If anything breaks in them the company will reimburse costs for items inside.

so this is a conversion that i just had with verizon and assurian (company that i pay a few dollars extra per month to for insurance).

Me: hi i broke my phone 66 days ago and have not had a chance to file a claim yet due to preparing to deploy. Can i get a replacement
Verizon: were sorry its been past 60 days since you had your incident so we cannot replace your phone
Me: I know. Ive been in the field training preparing to deploy and have not been able to. And ive paid my bill for 3 years straight never once had to use this insurance for a replacement. is there anything that can be done.
Verizon: Let me talk to my manager please hold.

Mean while im on hold for 10 minutes and 11 oclock roles around and i get disconnected. so i tried calling back and this is the message i get. Were sorry our ours of operation is 7 days a week 6am-11pm. please call back during normal operating hours.

Verizon....see if i even think about paying you another ****ing penny. your all a bunch of worthless ass holes and as a company really dont support the military at all.
 
well they dont work past 11 on the dot...at 11 the hang up on you. im going to try and file a claim online since i dont think they actually did one over the phone. but its the fact of the matter that pisses me off
 


AT&T ftw. Working for them in the past as a tech I can tell you there's always a after hours number to call. Problem is either knowing it or being able to navigate through the I've to get to them.
 
only thing keeping me from saying **** verizon is the fact that i have unlimited data....1000 minutes and unlimited texting for 78 bucks a month. they dont even offer that for under 100 anymore
 


I pay like $65 ish for unlimited data, unlim txt etc and I forget how many minutes ( I almost never talk on the phone) grandfathered plane ftw!
