1999 grand prix gt vac line?

Hey guys I might go and buy a 99 gt tonight and the girl I talked with said that the vac line came off the tranny, is this common, and if that is the problem can I fix it and drive it home? Any help would be appreciated thanks guys!
 


Idk she said she parked it 2 years ago, and she was told it was a vac line, I asked her does it still move and she said, yes, but you would not be able to drive it home. That was all she told me.
 


Well if it moves but will not make it home, maybe it lost a speed or slips real bad. Doesn't sound simple to me. Unless it's because the fluid is low or something.
