oil in valve cover breather

dont know if the turbo caused the blow by, but when that happens the oil ring on the piston is dead in a N/A engine.

i had this in a old car, the dip stick was getting blown out of the tube, and spitting oil up the tube as well. the pcv tube was also full of oil.
Scotty, PCV system is blocked off on these cars.Turbo cars require the breather or an air pump. You cannot have a PCV system with the inlet after the turbo because the turbo will pressurize your crankcase and destroy seals, so the breather becomes the inlet.

it seems like it would be silly, just a piece of foam rubber, but it has worked for me. I just stuffed a piece in the inlet.

As I mentioned on the other forum.

What you should do is buy metal mesh cleaning sponge pad. Cut off a piece and put it in the breather. That will help keep the oil in the engine. Works for me.

Also buying the angled oil neck would help too since it's long. Like in the picture Z34Phoenix posted above.

i will do as you mentioned in the other forum. i posted here for a response bc i know the other forum isnt as popular as it once was.
