• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What do you think???

A "0" offset would be dead center in the wheel.

Most of our factory wheels are +52 so they would be 52mm out toward the front of the wheel. In alot of cases depending on the wheel size (keep in mind a 17x9 +30 wheel is not the same offset as a 18x8 +30 offset) people with GPs run a +30 - +40 offset. The closer you go to 0 the closer it will be to the fender and will likely result in needing to roll the fenders and maybe some pulling depending on the wheel. Ignore all (-)offset wheels, those are usually for trucks and RWD vehicles that need major backspacing on the wheels.

Compare the fitment for my 18x8 +35ish wheels in my sig. They are not Hellaflush but they are alot closer than factory.

So I take it that the brand Enkei which is my favorite and a lot of other peoples, is probably not too compatible with GP's?

Not true. I've seen guys use wheels from Mustangs to Chargers to custom fit 20"+. Just have to get the right specs.

What wheels were you interested in?

To make them work you just have to make sure
- the bolt pattern is proper, 5x115 or 5x114.3 (standard Mustang bolt pattern)
- Center Hub Bore is adequate size (alot of aftermarket wheels work, but some factory types use a smaller hub bore) 70.3mm I think
- Backspacing is proper (dependant on wheel size)

In fact, look through this thread. Should shed some light on things.

Okay, and I have really been going back and forth with the Enkei Kojin 18x8 and the Enkei EV5 18x7.5

I like the look of the Kojins better. I think with a 18x8 +35 offset and lowered would look tits. You would need to roll the fenders to tuck them and I would suggest a 245/45/18 tire so the speedo stays right, but the look would be awesome.

again, the 5x114.3 bolt pattern works just fine so that would help you broaden your search, alot of wheels aren't produced for the 5x115 bolt pattern, so it helps.

Okay cool, no one I have seen on here has the Kojins but I havent seen every single persons ride so who knows, thanks for the help brotha

on an 8" wheel i bet you could get down to about +15-20mm and still be "okay".

once you start going wider you want to keep it in the sweet spot, around +35-40mm.
