Getting horrible MPG any advice?

Bought a 2004 GT2 with 117K miles from a body shop last week and Im noticing that Im only getting about 18 MPG driving 70 MPH on average. A few things worth mentioning, the car was in a collision and i believe the gas cap has been replaced, there are 4 different tires on the car (all with the same wear), It only takes about 8 gallons of gas before the nozle clicks then I have to wait a few seconds to get another gallon or so in, Ive tried oil change, getting the fuel injection cleaned, tires ballanced/rotated/inflated to 33 psi, my battery only reads 200 out of 800 cold crank amps.

Im taking it to a mechanic tomorrow. Which areas do you think I should have him check to narrow the search?

hai
plugs,wires
fuel filter
pcv
seafoam
clean tb and maf

also o2 sensors arnt a bad idea if they have never been done

Considering everything that was listed so far...I wouldn't let a mechanic touch it I would do it yourself and you'll only be looking at $100-250ish in parts. If The mechanics ends up doing l wouldn't be surprised if you end up paying at list $500ish.

Depends on the truck lol. In my pops 08 silverado that I drive meanwhile until I decide to put my junk back together I get better gas mileage then the GP ever did :(

I want to say last time I really watched it on avg around 18 or so with mix driving. actually I think the GP got around that or so.

Dang my GP doesnt get that much better (22 mixed). Probably the Active Fuel Managment found in some of those GM V8's. My uncle tells me his truck with that can run on only 4 cylinders sometimes

Yup I believe that what it is..I was quite surprised myself. One of the reasons I don't mind driving it plus the fact that I don't have to constant look out for crap in the road I can just run over it unlike with the GP.
