Making the Blower pulley smaller, makes the Blower spin faster, therefore is louder but read this first:

Or do a Gen V swap. This blower is louder than a Gen III

stock is 3.8 but before you do anything safetly modding is a must read

Read the Safely Modding Thread I linked you two previously.

You need supporting mods before you do that.

Sure, drop a real small pulley on there, do a WOT, hear the blower scream. But within a matter of seconds you'll chip a piston.... or a few.
