how did i do with Cold air intake ?

technically there aint much cold air there. It should be extended into the front fender to grab "cold air"

You could put the filter in the fenderwell.

As is, you should notice better MPG, and less power in the city/low speeds.

Your intake is fine.

Its technically not a "Cold Air" intake, because it is not in the fender to grab the cold outside air or covered with a heat shield to protect it from engine heat.

You wont see any more "gains" with a Cold Air Intake compared to your Hot Air Intake you have now. 90% of people on this forum run a Hot Air Intake because it's very simple, cheap, and effective.

You're getting hotter air, which means less dense.

Which also means better fuel economy, and less power.

Some will notice more sluggish performance at speeds under 40 MPH. Above that, it doesn't matter what intake you have. Unless it's a very well designed "ram air" intake.

I've had a HAI, CAI, FWI, stock, modded stock.

They all have ups and downs, but in the end, it's basically a waste of time and money.

Benefit of current intake or a FWI would be the increased supercharger whine and more city mileage. Downside being less power in the city (which you probably don't need anyways).

I follow the opinion of throw the filter on the tb, but if you wanna keep your pretty blue pipe, go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy a 3" to 3" coupler and put that on the throttle body, pipe on the other end, filter on the end of the pipe.

I think either way though, you're not going to see any feelable difference, you might get some better sound by removing that baffled part... that's the part that's restrictive and makes turbulence in the air.

Should i take the stock rubber garmet thing off and just drill a hole for the sensor

That's what I would do.

And keep this in mind, the closer the filter is to the Throttle Body, the louder the Blower whine.

Okay heres what im thinking. Could i honestyly just connect the cone right too the throttle body? Or just drill a hole in the pipe for the sensor? Do i need the sensor or can i hang it near the cone

You do not even need the sensor.

You have a few options:

1: Put cone on TB and leave sensor out.

2: Put cone on TB and just put sensor basically inside filter. (In between filter and TB)

3: Remove stock intake tubing, put the PCV piping you have on TB, drill hole for IAT. - (Recommended route).

Im gonna go with 3rd option but can i leave the sensor out? It wont effect anything?

You can leave the sensor out, I know people that run without it and have zero problems, but personally I have never done it.

It takes 2 seconds to drill a hole for the IAT.

Okay will do that. But is the whine gonna be noticeably louder by removing stock baffled part

Noticeably? Eh, maybe.

Will it be louder? Yes. But not by A LOT.

There is plenty of ways to get the blower louder, and an intake is a good place to start.

Well, you can close the silencer ports but I've heard the reduces efficiency.

Port the blower.

Here's some pictures of that:

Making the Blower pulley smaller, which makes the Blower spin faster, therefore is louder but read this first:

Or do a Gen V swap. This blower is louder than a Gen III
