Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Weight Loss or Weight Gain Thread "2012"

Knee tendonitis has me pressing as my primary movement every day. Now my one rotator cuff pops. lawl. I think I've figured my benching technique out better, though, since I now get hamstring cramps on heaver weights. I've only been close grip benching to keep the joint stress at a minimum, so benching feels good despite the wonky shoulder. And since I need more variety of presses and my hips kind of hurt some days from doing good mornings and romanian deadlifts so much, I've started military pressing, which is lots of fun and gets me some sideways glances.

Haven't weighed in in a good long while... willing to bet I've dropped weight from dropping squats and deadlifts out of the routine (hoping to get back on those horses next week, as the knee complains less every day).

But I tell you what, running on the treadmill for an extended period of time, is the most boring sh1t ever.

Especially when I do it every other day.

But it works when losing weight, dropped 4 pounds already.

I do switch it up.

30min Treadmill - 30min Bike - 15min Stairmaster - 15min eliptical.

Thats what I ususally do, Today, I just switched it up a bit. Ran for 60 minutes straight.

I wonder how many people in here will actually read it AND understand what the guy is saying. Dam that guys vascularity

Some day, the veins on my abs will have veins on their abs, too. Gotta keep on kepin' on to get there. I got a postcard from them once, but they haven't showed up yet.

That's good.
Mine come and go, saw 360 ab exercise on yahoo the other day; plank position with feet on towel on slippery surface moving feet in circular motion on surface. wow. I was humbled with a pretty strong core or so I thought.

Got down to 213.4 this week. Really trying to get to 210 by the end of April. I think i'll be close but I don't think i'll get it by Wed.

Here's my new water bottle.

Cost me a grand total of $.59

I've only been drinking like 3 cups of water a day, which is not good. So I just bring this gallon jug to the gym and around the house.

Already drank 1/2 a gallon in half a day. Now thats more like it.

I have a cup at work that holds 24oz of water. Copco I drink water pretty well at work but not so much at home.

Also I was at 213.6 when I weighed in at home today after my bike ride. I'm holding but I want to lose.

i have a ~24oz bottle that i have at work that i drink 2-3 of while i'm working and then i have a liter bottle that used to house chocolate milk that i keep in the fridge at home. i'd say i drink anywhere from 8-12 cups of water a day. i don't drink anything besides water unless i'm hitting the bottle.

Got down to 212 this last week and got into some size 34 pants. So i've went from a 42-40 to size 34-36 now. Woot!

Pretty stoked about fitting into 34's though!
