Opinions, how would these 18's look on a white 98 Grand Prix?

Can pick these up locally for really cheap, they are 18's. They come with almost new tires but they would have to get changed as they are only 225/40's. If I did get these I would probably do something about the red stripe on them, not a big fan of that. At this point I am not even sure if they would fit, they come off a 2011 VW Golf TDI, they are for multi bolt patterns.

Just want to know what you guys think they would look like on a white GP before I bother the guy about test fitting them. They are not as bad as they look, just dirty and the one in this picture as a small ding on the top. Holds air fine.



 


Those probably will not fit. GP's have a 5X115 bolt pattern. The Golf bolt pattern I believe is 5X100.
 
probably "universal", which is 5x100 and 5x114.3, but i would verify first.

and 225/40/18 is what i run on my little baby car, way short for a GP. WAY short.

Yeah I know, as I stated I would be changing the tires. I'm not a big fan of black wheels but I don't think they would look to bad on a white car, looking to see what other people think.

The guy is asking 300 for the rims and tires, tires have 3k kms on them. Could probably sell the tires for that.
 


Am I the only one that noticed the lip is bent on the rim pictured?

You might want to double check of they would even fit too. THey could be 5x100 and 5x110

Yeah I know, as I stated the one in the picture has a ding on the top, holds air fine. Also stated that I wanted to get some opinions on how they would look before I waste the guys time checking the fitment.

Getting a little frustrated that everyone keeps pointing out stuff I already stated in the op.
 
Well this was all for nothing as they didn't fit. They were so close to fitting to, they would sit on the end of the studs but wouldn't slip over the threads. To bad because it looked pretty good on there to.
