Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

doesn't line up 100% and it almost seems as if 1 flange is impossible to connect to the rubber insulator.....

anyone else have this problem?

Where you see the 8106 indicating 2 insulators needed, it’s almost as if it’s only possible to use either or…..the SLP system is made for years 97-08, so not sure if that’s why, maybe 6th gen had a slightly different undercarriage…I tried a smaller insulator with no success….it’s like without somehow bending the flange on the exhaust, the insulator won’t hold well enough…..a lil hard to explain….but basically I decided to just pay to have it put on, in order to avoid the headache….so hopefully it’ll be on by the end of the week…..

Try this...completely tighten up the exhaust and then attach the exhaust donut to the lower portion of the hanger on the actually exhaust and then attach it to the hanger on the actually body of the car. Should be a tight fit.

I think what you are saying is if you attach one, there isn't enough tension on the other to keep it in place...

I installed this system on my '02. The hanger that is just before the exhaust split? Well on my car there is no body hanger to attach it to...LOL. So I just run with the hanger after the split

tried....worked momentarily, but only with the smaller insulator I bought @ Autozone....as soon as I lowered the car back to the ground the uFcker popped off....needless to say it happened numerous times, before I reinstalled the factory

Dammit you read me well, haha.....
