The soap bubble technique, good idea. It probably does better breathe than mine.. I do like the mod tho, but I'm not sure about the stacking dimes reference. lol

I'm going to be glad having a good set of headers on my car. mine have leaked on several occasions, and probably more often than not. I would be doing some tuning with overkill and he would be like: what's going on with your car? exhaust leaks make tuning very difficult, unless its just a minor leak.

and getting a good wideband reading is critical, so that's one more thing that will make the tune so much better. I plan on recalibrating after the new headers are installed. my hat's off to ya for having the patience to get your headers welded.
 
i had a friend weld up my new flex cat and v band clamp. hes not the best welder, but is rather clean and dont leak. and it was free.

it was mig welder. and one side was melting faster then the other, so he was fighting it a bit. hes new to welding. but getting better.
 


sure was.

he welded a new trailer hitch receiver on the trailer. you cant lift this trailer by hand empty, never mind once the 1800 lb's of mowers and crap on it. and its yet to budge lol
