ZZP pulley on Intense hub not concentric

Well I have had some issues since picking up my 05' a little over a month ago. It came with a 3.4" intense pulley and everybody said "you'll blow it up" so not being able to get a 3.8" until mid-late May I went with a 3.6" then through the board found someone with a 3.8" ZZP pulley. Not that anything made a difference. I popped the hood the other day while it was running and noticed that the pulley is not concentric as mounted. It ran true when I installed it and I can't remember if the center tit on the hub was as tight as it was with the Intense pulley. When I called about my 3.8" I had ordered I was told they were out. I had already paid for the Intense pulley and faster shipping, explained I needed it ASAP and was offered a 3.6" Intense or a 3.8" ZZP. Well I went with the 3.6" well it was still said I needed a 3.8" so I bought one.

is there a difference between the intense and ZZP hubs? When the guy at Intense offered to sell me a ZZP I figured they were the same. The runout is probably right about .060"

ive had one "black Friday" hub that wasn't machined with a proper nose radius where it sits into the pulley.

fixed it by zip tying the bbv closed and letting it idle to turn the blower without the belt and I used a bastard file to touch up the radius....just went a little at a time till it bolted flush and didn't wobble.

then just popped off the ziptie and put the belt on
 
I'm going to take my 3.6" and take my 3.8" off at work and turn it in our lathe if needed. When I installed it, it was fine. I'm not sure who's idea it was to use sst screws they are almost one time use. I ended up getting about a dozen new ones but I think I'm going to replace them with standard steel cap screws. I'm not sure if it shifted and the center hole is larger on the ZZP is larger it seemed to fit tight when I put it on. It's not wobbling it's just not concentric and I don't want to damage the bearings in the snout. It's the only gen V blower I have.

BTW do the gen V snouts use the same bearings and seal as previous model? Seems like the M-112 Jag blower used the same parts if I remember correctly.
