Togs aren't the worlds worst install, but they are the toughest header install, that I've found. Bending a dipstick tube and getting a buddy to help with the rear crossover. It's not really all that bad.

Odd that you've had trouble with SD's. If they are warping at the head to flange, I'm wondering what bolts you are using and if you are torquing them properly.
