so been having problems with speeddaddy headers warping and causing leaks at the heads so was looking to upgrade to a better product so i wrote zzp and told them if they wanted a sale i had some questions and they had to call me...well we all know that doesnt work so after they wrote multiple times but refused to call i decided to drop a line to 3800performance. they were nice enouph to call me back within 15 minutes so i purchased a set of togs with all the fixins. so after i dropped $1200 on togs and the other piping i wrote zzp to rub in their face that they lost a sale to 3800performance and that i wouldnt deal with zzp again till they hired some help and figured out how to answer their phone....was very please to get home today after work and see their heated response in my inbox...sorry zzp but you can have all the best **** by your oppinion but without customer service and the ability to answer a phone im not handing you my business unless your parts are free.

but seriously, have fun installing those.
id rather deal with a difficult install than a company too far up its own ass that they cant even answer a phone. i mean really..they may have good parts but at what point did they decide they were that important that customers could come last. im sorry i like dealing with people not automated machines and answering machines especially when they dont return calls. besides is that answering machine gonna help me if a part brakes or i have an install question? if im dropping thousands in your store then i want customer satisfaction and answers now not in a few days when they have time to call me back if they ever call at all

I do totally agree though...If you're going to drop that much money into a product, they should be able to make a 5min phone call to answer any questions you have.
 


They're too busy fielding questions from the thousands of cobalt douches. Also sad that they are expanding like no other but Zoom is afraid to fire/hire people, claiming there is too much risk.

From what you say, they seem like the type of company that wants to extract every cent they can until its retirement time, then just shut down overnight and abandon their employees and customers.
