ZZP delaying black friday orders

My order at ZZP for a vs cam and some other stuff keeps getting delayed. I've ordered from them previously with no issues. But this time it hasn't been that easy.

First they sent me an email saying that the option that I chose for shipping was not sufficient and I had to pay an extra 15 bucks to get it shipped. Why do they gave me that option in the first place? That's an error with they website to begin with. I paid the 15 bucks and got over it anyway.

Now they sent me another email that my billing address and shipping were different and I need to sent copies of our ID's if I wanted it shipped it to this address or I can have it shipped to the billing address without verification.

Again, why now? why is this not explained at the time of purchase? I've never been asked for this before with these guys.
 


i also ordered items. i live in mi where zzp is,they have tons of orders from black friday. be pacient im sure they will get it sorted out.
 
There is a difference between patience and customer service IMO.

ZZP is always quick about shipping stuff...but god forbid if they screw something up...they are pretty FAIL at trying to make it right with the customer.
 
I've always had great customer service through them. Also my black Friday order already shipped and will be here monday. Not sure why you're having trouble
 


I rebuild A LOT of superchargers, and send my customers to ZZP to order what they want, and ZZP ships it to me (also called drop shipped) So the billing address and shipping address being different has never ever been a problem for me all these years.

Same goes with Morad, people buy stuff from him, they ship to me, I beautify it, and then ship it on to the new owner once its done.

Being in a different country...that changes things I guess. I do have a lot of Canadian members paypal me funds to buy them parts, then ship to them because ZZP wont ship international. Maybe that's changed...don't know.

My thoughts exactly.

I don’t order a lot of stuff online, but I do know shipping between countries is always an issue. And it is not like ZZP is a huge mega online seller; I can totally see this happening.

Everything he is ranting about is just ridiculous.:th_laugh-pointup:
 
Alls ZZP needs to do is get the ****, stick it in a box, and send it on its way... Not that difficult unless you had a zillion orders because of a big sale.
 
Ordered 3 things from ZZP, got them on Tuesday. Order a mount kit for a friend from w body store, just shipped. ZZP shipping is legit imo!

My orders yet to be shipped aswell. No emails from them....No nothing

waiting on a shipping notification for my coil packs from zzp

on the other end, my i/c from wbodystore shipped a few days ago.
