• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

ZZP customer service

Gotta agree, nothing but great service after purchasing a handful of items, spending anywhere from $13 - $500+ Sorry you've had problems.

No joke..count the screws in the "sealed" package. Then count the holes.

Another guy had a hub he brought over and no matter how you tried to put a pulley on, the 5th hole wouldn't line up.

Dude, didn't you know the little plastic screw is the screw that super secures the bearing thing down? I guess you don't want quality assurance...

What I find very odd is I've never really had an issue with ZZP lol. I mean I've heard enough horror stories to be aware that they have crappy service.

Interesting thing is my GF just bought an o2 extension from them and they gave her $5 off due to the fact that they didn't have her previous info because the site was changed.

They are giving a $5 credit to anyone who was registered with the previous site that registers with the new site.

After leaving 2 voicemails at the company, posting a negative review on their Facebook page, a negative review on their website and reporting my negative experience to the Grand Rapids BBB, I got a call from Steve from ZZP yesterday. He offered apologies for my experience and said he talked to the Henry guy that I was emailing with. He says they are going to refund the shipping costs from my original order and says he is giving me an in store credit. Although I want to completely disconnect with this company, I won't pass up free product. I'll take it and then cut ties, lol. Anyways, Steve asked me to register for their new site so he could put my credit onto my account. I did that yesterday and still haven't seen any credit. That is also where I saw that you get a $5 credit for signing up for the new site if you were on their old site too (as stated in my previous post). So I guess I'll wait and see if this store credit ever shows up. I give the guy credit for trying to fix the problem, but his employee is the problem. It sounds like he might have a couple bad eggs in his batch, as evidenced by this forum, some people have great experience some terrible. He needs to prune the weeds so to speak.
