I can't completely agree with this statement, but it is partially true. My wife loved her car even though I knew she would grow tired of it as a DD. It took her several years to admit it though. I like the car, but its not the best DD and on long trips it gets old fast. I swapped some WS6 seats in and that helped quite a bit. I think we will still have it for a few years, but she gets annoyed when we go places or take trips and I tell her we are taking it. I don't drive it every day so I can't say I fully get it. Once I bought my GXP she said she would take one if her Camaro had something go wrong. I think her biggest beef is how hot it is in TX and the A/C in her Camaro is the weakest of all the cars we own. Add in all of the glass that car has and it is just hot and barely cools down by the time she gets home with her short commute. Considering how much of the year it is hot here, that gets really old.

I think you just have to know what you are getting into with an F body. Every car has trade off's and you have to pick what fits you best and what you are willing to deal with.

Not going to argue and keep steamrolling this derailment but Yes, actually.... I would. Been around F-bodies and Vettes my whole life, no they don't ride like my grandmothers Caddy, don't expect it and never let down. I'm still young and my body can take the abuse, I love the drive and have driven friends for both long trips and daily use when trading vehicles. I would DD one with a smile on my face.
 


Yeah I had 3 subaru's before the comp g still like them but don't want to pay for them...all my friends hate me for it lol
