Z7 Kit?

So I was wondering how anyone else has liked getting a Z7 kit on there 04+ GP's? I was also wondering if I decide to go with the 65# injectors is that better for going over 400whp? What's the difference between 42# and 65#? Also, since I already have a complete SLP set up, can I just select no lower downpipe?

you will have to get ride of the SLP headers, the turbo crossover will not bolt up to them. either go back to stock exhaust manifolds or run powerlogs. what are your plans for the car? i would say 42.5s would be enough for 400hp. i run them in my car.

42.5# will allow 15psi of boost. After that 60# or 65# are recommended. As quik said what are your goals? 1/4 mile? Whp? etc

What fuel pump do you suggest for a 04+ GP? So once I remove the SLP headers and use stock the turbo should work with the rest of the SLP system? On the ZZP website for option 5 on the Z7 turbo should I select no lower downpipe?

the racetronix one from PRJ.

youre going to have to make youre own lower section if you dont get a downpipe with it.

because the headers are useless with the turbo kit. zzp uses a TOG downpipe to connect to the Z7 turbo kit. if your route is turbo, take off the headers and sell them. put on a set of powerlogs and you're good to go

OK where can I find powerlogs?

You don't NEED the rear one either it comes with a block off plate for the stock Rear exhaust manifold.
For best results front and rear P-logs.
