I had tan cloth interior in my Stealth when I bought it. I swapped that for charcoal cloth interior out of a 95 Stealth parts car I bought. I now pulled that and swapped in black leather from a 97 3000GT parts car my friend had.

That's one tight lookin' GP. I'd sell the wheels, match all the red with the rest of the car color, throw a built tranny in with money from the wheels, drop a few pulley sizes, IC, and ROLL kids.
