If I could get him down to $100 I'd get it as it is brand new. I could get my uncle or a guy at work to paint it for me for cheap.

Define GXP first

G8 has a GXP, Solstice has a GXP, Grand Prixs have GXPs... see where I'm going with this.

GTOs factory are 13s car depending on driver and setup.

Quite a bit quicker on the GTO side. But the LS1 makes a little more power (04), LS2 makes quite a bit more (05-06)
LS4 (GP ) - 303/323 hp/tq @3600lbs - ave 1/4 - 14.3 sec
LS1 (GTO)- 350/365 hp/tq @3725lbs - ave 1/4 - 13.62 sec
LS2 (GTO)- 400/400 hp/tq @3725lbs - ave 1/4 - 13.5 sec
