If it was a custom fab FWD setup it could be almost anything.

That said, if it really does weigh next-to-nothing, launching it might be tough.

Driver side door doesn't match the rear 1/4. Besides, their other ads and other cars in the backgrounds look spot-on, as door the tires and wheels.

I'd believe it was a repaint.
Could have also been something strange like, say, using black wax?
Regardless, you'd have to see it to know for sure.

Overcast conditions and reflection off a nearby car is causing the illusion of the color difference.
