Time to get educated Sir, that GTP is special/ rare, because it's a "Gold Edition" GTP. There are not very many of them around. The stock wheels are actually tinted Gold from the factory, the Gold pinstripe along the bottom is how you can tell what it is. I know it has some other cool features, but not sure what they are. I have only seen one in person.

.....surely you jest. Regardless of their rarity, they hold no extra value over an equivalent "regular" GP. There is nothing to them other than what you mentioned (gold tinted wheels, gold pinstriping, and gold badges). No other "cool features" to be had, just like the hundreds of other "rare" editions of cars GM has created the last 3 decades that feature nothing more than a half-ass attempt at an appearance package, and aren't worth anything more than their dime a dozen counterparts. By the way, I've seen quite a few in person over the last few years.
