Is it because the steering wheel is wrong for an 02? I think

Time to get educated Sir, that GTP is special/ rare, because it's a "Gold Edition" GTP. There are not very many of them around. The stock wheels are actually tinted Gold from the factory, the Gold pinstripe along the bottom is how you can tell what it is. I know it has some other cool features, but not sure what they are. I have only seen one in person.

I can honestly say I have never heard of them. I may have seen one at some point tho. Wish I had the cash for it still a clean GP. I doubt he would trade for another one lol

Haha, well can't be as bad as me getting the car home sat in the backseat and my fatness broke both rear springs at the same time

I've seen a Gold edition before in person.

The rims are a goldish color (kind of just look like dirty torque stars to me)
Has the gold pin-stipe
GTP Supercharged badges are gold

and that's about it.

It is..it also has a performance shift button which is not on the 02..looks like a 1999...unless this "golf edition" is special.

Nah. Believe it or not, Bonneville GXP wheels go for $800 - $900 usually. Low supply, high demand.

I got my bonni rims for 350..seen at least 2 sets over the last few months go at 400. I guess I should pick these up...supply will seem to get better as these start hitting yards and part outs more when the crappy north stars start to blow up..

Been to this yard before when they had a 40th Anny GP. Dudes are on crack. They would not separate the spoiler from the trunk lid, and wanted $300 for the combo, $100+ per wheel, etc. They had some nice cars in there, but they charge ordinary people pulling parts themselves about what a full service yard would charge an insurance company. Massive waste of my time going down there.

I texted the guy about that Gold Edition car and he starts sending me pictures of a silver four door gt... Long story short he claims he had two cars for sale and the black car was a 2000 and is sold apparently.. Oh well..

I don't get why someone would do this to a Grand Prix, let alone any car for that matter. These are the people that when you see them driving you almost wreck your own car because you are laughing so hard at how stupid their car looks.

It's a Texas thing. If you ever have been in the area (Houston) you'll notice it. It's not bad it's just the how the car style is. It's just a set of rims anyways some may say whatever rims you have are retarded. Food for thought, to each their own.

Are these tog headers for gtp or something else? In the ad it says grand prix but when I contacted the seller he said grand am. They don't look right for 3.8...
