I've seen cars with 120k miles that are in better shape than that. No way it's got 12k, that seat shows at least 70k of wear in pic #3. There are stress cracks in it. Tell him to go back and count his zeros.
 
I'm going to have to agree. That mileage has to be wrong. Even if he sent a pic I would just think he swapped clusters lol
