I would put a window and maybe fix the door trim on the first one and drive as is.

That second one would be cool to buy and alot cheaper than modifying your own so long as its not on the verge of blowing up.

That is a nice looking Monte though. Interior seems like it wasn't cared for as well as the exterior though.
