I was on CL today and found my job up for grabs in there, that was disturbing. They just need a temp, but I didn't need to see an ad.

When I worked the one job I had they hired a temp as a "back up" for me for when I needed assistance, needed elsewhere in the shop, or was just off work. I introduced him to all the drivers as my replacement, because I knew there were ulterior motives . LOL

Wouldn't you know it a few weeks go by and they find an excuse to get rid of me. The best part is my "back up" knew they did me dirty and he quit the same day I was terminated. Even better is he quit via a note because the supervisor had left the shop early. The note said "I QUIT - FRED" She had no idea she didn't have a shipper/receiver until the following morning.
